Michelle Edwards, Ph.D. &

Steve Schulwolf, J.D.

Friday, August 27, 2021

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Online

Location: Virtual ZOOM

Please join AMA for our August meeting on August 27 at noon. This virtual meeting will be in a roundtable format, inviting all attendees to join in a discussion of our experiences with mediating on the ZOOM platform. Two of our AMA board members, Michelle Edwards and Steve Schulwolf, will share their personal experiences with ZOOM mediation and will serve as moderators for the discussion of lessons learned when using ZOOM for Mediation to resolve disputes.

In preparation for the meeting, please be able to answer the following questions:

  • If you have never mediated a dispute on ZOOM –
  1. What is preventing you from doing ZOOM mediations?
  2. Are you concerned that something might go wrong when attempting to do a mediation on ZOOM? If so, what are you concerned about?
  • If you have done one or more mediations on ZOOM
  1. Has your ZOOM experience been positive or negative?

  2. What most surprised you about ZOOM mediations? What did you think might happen on ZOOM that didn’t happen? What did you think would not happen that did?

Registration: Free to members / $15 for non-members. Registration is limited to 100 total participants. Become a member now for as little as $35!

One (1) hour of mediator continuing education, including 0.25 hours of ethics, for attendees.
